surface area of a square = 2 ( lb + bh + hl )

given that,

length = 8cm

breadth = 10cm

height = 15 cm

surface area = 2 ( 8* 10 + 10*15 + 15*8 )

                     = 2 ( 80 + 150 + 120 )

                     = 2 * 350

                     = 700 [tex]cm^{2}[/tex]
