Restrictions during declaration of Emergency

  • No anti nationalist protest or program can be done
  • Any candle march or protest against the government is prohibited
  • The police gets the permission for arrest anyone who they think disturbing
  • The only thing can one do is to place a PIL at Supreme court or write to the president because they are the only two who can save you

  • Any war or earlier situation
  • Any intercountry violence or protest
  • If the governer observe that any harm gonna be done to government property or state
