a-b=14 ----(1)
a*b=975 ----(2)

(1) a=14+b ----(3)
put (3) in (2)
(14+b)b = 975
14b+b^2 = 975
b^2 + 14b - 975 = 0
(b+39)(b-25) =0
so b = -39 or b = 25
if b = -39 ×××× it's not a positive number
so b = 25 then a = 14 + b = 14 + 25 = 39

answer a=39, b=25
