First you need to distribute.
7x + 10 = 13(12x - 3) + 14x
7x + 10 = 156x - 39 + 14x
Combine like terms.
7x + 10 = 170x - 39
Add 39 and subtract 7x from both sides.
49 = 163x
Divide.
x = 49/163
(I just recently did the same problem with another user from brainly so I know its right.)
