Magnitude of the force is the same as force so F=ma (mass x acceleration). The mass is 480 and you have to convert the acceleration to m/s so it’s 40km/h /3.6 = 11.1m/s. F= 480 x 11.1 therefore the magnitude of the force is 5,333.3... N
